Legendary 2006-07 Season:
Arsenal won all four major competitions available to them—the UEFA Women’s Champions League, the domestic league, the FA Cup, and the Premier League Cup—going undefeated across the entire season.
First British side to Win the European Title:
Arsenal won the 2006–07 UEFA Women’s Cup (now the Champions League) by beating Swedish side Umeå 1–0 on aggregate, they became the first British side to lift Europe’s top trophy. To this day, they remain the only British women’s side to win the European title.
Unprecedented 108-Game Run:
Between October 2003 and March 2009, Arsenal Women went 108 consecutive league matches without losing a single game. It included a record 51 consecutive league victories, highlighting a period where they practically dominated elite domestic football.
Home Ground Shift:
The women’s side has always played their home matches at Meadow Park in Borehamwood. However, in recent seasons following record-breaking crowds in the Women’s Super League, the club officially designated the 60,000+ seat Emirates Stadium as the primary home venue for the women’s team
