Valencia Club de Fútbol Femenino, previously known as Asociación Deportiva DSV Colegio Alemán, is a Spanish women ‘s football team based in Valencia.
It was founded in 2000 as Deportivo DSV Colegio Alemán at the German school in Valencia (DSV). Colegio Alemán received promotion to the Superliga Femenina for the first time in the 2007-08 season. In 2009, the club announced it had reached an agreement with Valencia CF to turn Colegio Alemán’s teams into Valencia CF’s women’s section.
The club plays their matches at the Ciudad Deportivo de Paterna, Valencia, Spain.

Debut in Spain’s Top-Tier Football Competition:
The club’s first debut in Superliga Femenina (now Liga F) came in the 2008-09 season as Colegio Alemán. However, their official debut as Valencia CF Femenino came in the 2009-10 season.
First and Current Manager:
José Antonio Contreras was the first manager of the club when Valencia CF created the women’s section by absorbing DSV Colegio Alemán. Currently, Cristian Toro manages the women’s team.
League Standing:
Valencia CF was promoted to the 2026/27 Liga F from Primera Federación Femenina after being relegated in 2025.
Major Honours:
While the team hasn’t won any major trophies, they finished as runners-up at the 2014-15 Copa de la Reina.
Famous Players:
Some of the most prominent players from the club are Mari Paz Vilas, Enith Salón, and Marta Carro.
Mari Paz Vilas, an iconic forward and a legendary goalscorer, scored over 120 goals for Valencia and made 195 appearances for the club.
Enith Salón, a Spanish international goalkeeper, developed in Valencia’s youth system and currently plays for them.
Marta Carro, a Spanish defender, made 199 appearances for the club and captained them before she moved on to Olympique de Marseille in 2025.
