The 16th edition (2026-27) of the Women’s Super League (WSL) will start on September 4, 2026, and will run until 23rd May, 2027. Overall, it’ll be the eighth edition since the rebranding of England’s four top levels of women’s football. Manchester City are currently the defending champions.
