The Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) announced the women’s and men’s squad for the U-17 World Championship on Monday. The tournament will be held from July 27th to August 2nd in Baku, Azerbaijan. The announcement came after trials were held across all three disciplines in Sonipat and Lucknow.

The Indian squad is in good form and will enter the tournament with momentum. The women’s team had highly dominant performances in the last two editions of the U-17 World Championships.
