On Tuesday, December 30, 2025, defending champions East Bengal Women claimed a massive victory against SESA FC by 9-0 at the ongoing 3rd Indian Women’s League 2025-26. Meanwhile, Sribhumi FC suffered its first loss of the tournament over Sethu FC. On the other hand, Nita FA and Gokulam Kerala added a win in their respective matches against Garhwal FC and Kickstart FC.

East Bengal FC vs. SESA FA (9-0)
The Bengal girls set up a dominant performance with nine goals scored against SESA Football Academy at Kalyani Stadium. Uganda forward Fazila Ikwaput alone scored four goals, Soumya Gugoloth claimed a hat-trick, while Sulanjana Raul and Resti Nanziri added one each. With the win, East Bengal are in No. 2 with nine points from three matches played so far. SESA FC, securing their fourth straight defeat, are placed at the bottom of the table.
NITA FA vs. Garhwal FC (1-0)
Leading the points table at No. 1 with 10 points, the NITA Football Academy, taking their unbeaten run in the league, registered another victory of 1-0 against Garhwal United FC held at the National Centre of Excellence in Kolkata. Pyari Xaxa registered the solo goal for NITA FA. Meanwhile, Garhwal United got their second consecutive defeat and are currently with six points in four matches.
Sethu FC vs. Sribhumi FC (4-2)
Sethu FC defeated Sribhumi FC by 4-2 in their fourth match of the league held at the Kalyani Stadium in West Bengal. Lynda Kom Serto claimed a hat-trick with one netted from Abigail Antwi. Meanwhile, Karishma Purushottam Shirvoikar got both the goals for Sribhumi. With this, Sethu are now in the third spot of the table with seven points, while Sribhumi have dropped to fourth with six points from three games.
Gokulam Kerala vs. Kickstart FC (1-0)
Three-time champions Gokulam Kerala FC added their first win of the tournament against Kickstart FC by 1-0, held at the National Centre of Excellence in Kolkata. Skipper Asem Devi Roja claimed the sole goal for the team, leading to their first victory in the four matches played. Gokulam currently has five points in four matches played so far, including one win, one loss and two draws. On the other hand, Kickstart FC got their fourth successive defeat of the tournament and remain in play for one more week.
