They are currently placed in Group C of the AFC Women’s Asian Cup 2026 alongside Japan, Vietnam, and Chinese Taipei. The tournament is, however, set to begin in action from March 1 to 21, which will be held in Australia. Meanwhile, the Blue Tigresses will play their first match of the Asian Cup against Vietnam, scheduled on March 4.
